Each candidate is hired by VI Labour and assigned to your workplace. They operate as a member of your team, to be trained and observed, but still remain under VI Labour's payroll and insurance umbrella.
If, at any time, you decide the employee is someone you want to hire permanently - just contact us and execute the contract buyout. The employee then becomes a member of your organization. Simple.
Alternatively, also at your discretion, if you decide that it is not working out, we reassign the employee to a different jobsite without any back-office friction on your end - no termination notices, government reporting, etc.
To ensure the quality that you deserve, we only hire qualified employees who have been through our interview process. Background checks are performed, references called, and a personal interview conducted.
