Employee information supplied to Vancouver Island Labour Services Inc via the website or app relating to hours worked and job location is passed to our accounting software and retained as long as mandated by Government tax law. This information is also retained on the employees personal phone for a maximum period of 7 days, afterwhich it is removed from memory.
